I don’t believe that in my eighty plus years I have ever experienced such heat.  Upper nineties and for so long! Seven days!  Outdoor concerts cancelled.  Heat advisories issued.  Cooling centers opened at the local library.  And what about those bikers who are riding across Ohio?  Are they holding up?  And the golf tournament.  Still on?

In my childhood we would blame the Armenians for any supernatural problems.  Then we blamed the Russians.  Now what?  Oh, I know.   It’s the Republicans.
